Introduction: I have been a Personal Trainer for nearly six years, and a Boot Camp Instructor for two years as well. I specialize in strength conditioning, cross training, as well as sports training for athletes. That said, I am able to successfully work one on one, or with small "boot camp" style groups. My training is extremely innovative, adaptable, and never boring! I have any necessary equipment, along with outdoors, to provide an exciting and proven successful experience to each of my clients. I started studying nutrition and fitness nearly twenty years ago. At first, it was for my own personal knowledge. When people around me noticed my own results and happiness, they wanted to know what I was doing, and began asking for advice. Both in the nutrition realm, and the physical fitness. So seeing others enjoy that, I went on my journey to make it my career. I absolutely love seeing people get healthy, happier, and better their lives for the future. I would have to say, I love watching people grow with their health and fitness levels, and I remember each person and their stories. I take my Personal Training very "personal"!
