FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always consult with my clients before they hire me to determine if I am the best photographer for them. We discuss styles, colors, ideas, etc. for their session, and what they plan to do with their portraits. Once we decide we are a good fit, we schedule the session date, and continue to brainstorm until we have the perfect plan for it. Once the session is completed, I schedule an in person viewing and ordering session so the client can see their portraits, and I can help them decide which ones they want to purchase, and in what medium. Once the order is placed, and received, I deliver them to the client, and always follow up to ensure their complete satisfaction with their experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in weddings, maternity, newborns, and seniors, so my clients come from many different backgrounds and lifestyles. My clients value photography as an art, and hire me to not only capture their memories, but also to provide heirloom quality artwork they can proudly display in their homes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Before hiring a photographer, you should always look at the work they have done recently. If you don't like those portraits, you will most likely not like the portraits that photographer takes of you and your family. Your style needs to be cohesive with that of the photographer, or you will end up unhappy with the results. Don't just hire the cheapest photographer and hope for the best.
