BEWARE-Make sure they quote you before anything is done. Not transparent, you speak to one Co-Owner who says they understand, and to wait over the weekend while they work it out to the other Co-Owner threatening you first thing in the morning. Will be taking my business elsewhere. You should too.

Hello. We apologize you felt this way but to be fair, your mother was home and agreed to the price she was told. We did fix the disposal that was broken. The price was $220 and it was fixed. I even offered a 10% discount once it was asked for. We wish you the best of luck.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $220 an hour. For Estimates we charge between $60-$85 depending your distance from us. Certain jobs are bid by the job and not hourly. We also offer discounts to those that qualify and financing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give the customer an estimate and depending on approval start work the same day. We can also schedule work out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a Registered Master Plumber with over 25 years of experience along with a Journeyman with over 10 years of experience.
