When Steven the sales rep came, the first thing he did was go up into my attic and walked through it all the way to end and took pictures. He pointed out issues I already knew about and others that I had not noticed before. He was obviously an attic and insulation expert. He gave me quotes for three different levels of work, and did not pressure me to choose the more expensive options. He was very cleat in what they would and would not do. I selected an option and set a date for the work to be done. The workers came on time and finished the job efficiently, cleaning up after themselves. I was pleased with their workmanship. They were all courteous and respectful.

Outstanding service from the initial estimate by Marcus until the insulation was blown in by the crew and supervised by Tyler. Marcus was very knowledgable about the materials and insulation process. Highly recommend. We even paid a little more than the next lowest estimate because was impressed with what we learned about Superior as a family owned company. Happy with our decision.

I like to do my research before doing anything, but especially for a big project like attic insulation. Superior Attic definitely met my expectations. From the consultation with Marcos to the insulationinstall with John, there was a lot of communication going on and any questions I had were answered well. I like the cards that were placed around the attic to show how deep the insulation is and the provided photos afterwards to show what was done. Their pricing is competitive and service was quick and thorough. Would highly recommend.

After living 7 years in a house with an uninsulated attic, I knew I needed to finally get into action. Our energy bills were absurdly high, and the temperature throughout our house was very uneven. I read tons of online reviews for different insulation companies, and decided to get a quote from Superior Attic because the positive reviews seemed legit (unlike a lot of companies). Someone reached out to me within minutes of me filling out the contact form, and they came out to take a look within a couple days. Steven (our sales representative) was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. For various reasons, it took us a while to make our decision, but Steven was very patient with us and didn't pressure us to move faster than we wanted to. Once we made the decision to move forward, they got us scheduled very quickly, and finished the project in one day! Everyone was very professional, and I'm very happy with the work. I'm looking forward to seeing our energy bill at the end of this month!

the whole crew did a fantastic job (super clean, quiet, and respectful), but i have to give a special shout out to John! he answered all of our questions and made this whole process super hassle free and pleasant. since were new homeowners and are stressed about a million other different things, i was so happy that this experience was so great and easy. we will be recommending Superior Attic to anyone needing insulation for sure!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in this industry is completely based off your homes square footage, the difficulty of your attic, and type of insulation that is currently in your home. We will never sell or recommend you something that will not help your home run more efficiently.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its easy! We offer a free inspection and estimate for qualified projects. Our inspections take approx 30mins and by the end of that inspection the technicians will have a estimate for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Superior Attic employees are initially trained by our operations manager and evaluated on a weekly basis. Most of our field employees have 10+ years in the field and have worked with Superior Attic for almost 7 years!
