- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in this industry is completely based off your homes square footage, the difficulty of your attic, and type of insulation that is currently in your home. We will never sell or recommend you something that will not help your home run more efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its easy! We offer a free inspection and estimate for qualified projects. Our inspections take approx 30mins and by the end of that inspection the technicians will have a estimate for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Superior Attic employees are initially trained by our operations manager and evaluated on a weekly basis. Most of our field employees have 10+ years in the field and have worked with Superior Attic for almost 7 years!
