- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FullScope tailors our pricing to the individual client and their needs. We offer bundles and monthly payment options. For larger services we have options for finanancing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically speak with clients directly to determine the exact pest, animal and discuss options and costs. We use a texting platform as well to schedule apts, send time slot reminders, and even collect payments. We are customer centric so we try to make all aspects of interaction easy and friendly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 38 years experience in the industry, staffed by a Master Degreed Entomologist, we are the most knowledgeable company in the industry. Founders are passionate about safety and helping reduce the chemical footprint in our clients homes and properties. Our team are licensed, insured, with extensive knowledge in our field. We are different and we know it!
