Last year at Thanksgiving my husbands family was coming in and I had been sick, so I contacted Elsa to see if she could prepare a meal for the first night of arrival of the whole clan. She prepared lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs a fantastic salad with her own dressing and bread. The meal was a success with my family and was a great start for the week long visit with family. I don't know what we would have done without her. In March of this year my inlaws were coming in to see her brother get married and I called Elsa to prepare a meal, my mother-In-law is very healthy and believes we should all be, well Elsa prepared salmon, steamed vegetables and a salad and it was so good, that my daughter-in-law who only eats fried shrimp went back for 2nds infact I think we all did including my mother-in-law. And she prepared as a surprise chocolate strawberry cake to die for. I would definitely recommend Catering Foodie, Elsa is the best.

Pricing , we are affordable, we take everything into consideration. Elsa has great portion sizes and always has a great eye for detail.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself to anyone that is interested in my services, whether it is Catering, Decorations, Event Planning etc. I like to meet them face to face if possible and go over details. After we have this 1st step I create a proposal for either service. I email to them and go from this point forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is over 15 yrs and, I don't contract what I do myself. My services are as follows Event Planning Catering Decorations
