Meredith and Laura have done numerous corporate events for us over the years and they always do a top notch job! They have provided both lunches and dinners and everything has always been extremely delicious and flawless. The compliments always come pouring in after an event. What impresses me with their service is that you don't have to be creative, thank goodness! They come to you with pictures and ideas and they will design an event to perfectly meet your needs. They find the inspiration and come to you with the ideas.They know what the fan favorites are. Just trust them! When Meredith and Laura cater an event, they always show up on time and are extremely organized. Everything gets plated beautifully. They always explain what is on the menu and are happy to answer any questions with a smile. These two get excited about their food, as they should. It's outstanding! They are enthusiastic and when they tell you how awesome something is, believe them.it is obviously chef approved! Appetizers, salads, full meals, desserts, they have done it all for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone, you will get personalized service. We use them over and over again for a reason!

We were looking for a caterer for a nice dinner for 40 of our key volunteers in our ministry. Meredith and her partner prepared a lovely and delicious dinner that pleased everyone's palates! A delicious chicken dish over pasta, with sweet potatoes in herbs, and a lovely salad. We had a few choices for desserts, a "Grandma's Recipe of Banana Pudding, Chocolate malted Cookies, and brownies. Meredith is a doll to work with and is eager to please. She is quick on her feet and will go above an beyond to serve your needs. I love working with Meredith! We were on a budget and prices were very reasonable.

Squash Blossom Catering catered our Christmas party for 60 people - they did a wonderful job. The food was excellent - especially the French Onion flat Bread and the cucumber cups with crab. They passed trays of food around the rooms and made sure everyone was fed. Meredith and Laura left my kitchen spotless. We have already booked them for this year's Christmas party.
