- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a meeting time to determine what kind of menu and services our client may need. We can either do this by phone,email or in person. (We are willing to provide samples!) Once everything is settled we'll draw up a contract to make things official. We'll set a deposit price (business standard 50% of total, but amounts vary.)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a stroke 2 years ago prior to I practiced Family Law for 7 1/2 years. I had to make a sudden career change. Being from Louisiana/Jamacia food has always been a huge part of my family. I decided to do what I knew best (besides law) food!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I'm an Aldine ISD preferred vendor. And my company has catered for many school district functions, weddings, graduations, Anaversery's and so much more. We also specialize in destination Weddings to Jamacia.
