Grant and his assistant Sam were great. On time, professional, warm and friendly. He was hired to take photos of pets for the grand opening of our new natural pet store in Houston, and the images are FANTASTIC. we'll definitely use him again for other openings and events. Getting pet pics ain't easy!

Our agency hired Grant Goldstein for a commercial shoot. He agreed to do the work (have email/text proof) and then never responded. Tried three times to contact him via email (Thumbtack) and voicemail to his cell, but no response. Left us hanging with just 48 hours before the shoot. Very disappointing as we now have to scramble to get another photographer lined up at the last minute.
Goldstein Studios's reply
I also have emails and responses from thumbtack that were archived, I never spoke to anyone off the thumbtack website. I never committed to the project. And as far as I see your company was still speaking with other photographers and I was not hired.

I still don't have the appt I requested. In fact have heard nothing despite leaving phone message and thumbtack message saying I want to book appt. I still need my head shots.
