Fantastic Customer Service. Highly recommended! Came out, checked out my “issue” determined no repair was needed. Honest and so nice. My wife who doesn’t usually enjoy dealing with some service professionals sincerely enjoyed the honesty and clear information she received. Then he declined any payment! So nice!! Will definitely be keeping this Professionals information on hand for any future electrical issue and recommending him to friends and family.

I needed to install new outdoor dawn to dusk lighting and fix some patio lights that had burnt our wiring. They were quick to respond and fix an appointment. Ryan from Essential Electrical Pros came over for a free consultation. What I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to what many electricians hesitated to do. Install a new door bell. This required drilling through brick work, routing new wiring and switches. After the job they cleaned up the drywall dust and vacuumed. They were punctual, clean and professional.

I offer upfront/straightforward pricing that will NOT increase regardless of the circumstances, also competitive pricing can offer adjustments with other "apples to apples" written quotes! Financing options are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Within the service area, there is NO dispatch fees and we provide a preliminary investigation/walk through at no charge!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been licensed for the state of TX for 18 years. Beyond yearly continuing education, I've started schooling through P.C.D.I., I've attended electrical classes with I.E.C. for multiple electrical subjects, and taken and passed ALL required state exams.
