- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair never inflated we tend to give customers an approximate quote before showing up to the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer gives us the details of what needs to be done I estimate a reasonable approximate cost if the customer agrees to our cost we schedule a convenient time for the job to be completed and we proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
