What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing Education is necessary for most industries. I am lucky enough to have a great team to work with that enables me to attend classes on color, new design ideas, fabrics, and marketing. Classses are attending through colleges, privates companies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Common Jobs...Let's see... Christmas design is always big! Investor Flips are fun, and fast. Get that house sold makeovers are my main soiurce of business.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was quite proud of a job that required an entire facelift if we were going to sell in it in less than 30 days. The couple had already closed on another home so time was on our side however...work needed to be done. We first began with her color scheme, then things fell into place carpet, flooring decor to stage and especially asking price. we all pulled togther, got it listed and before the weekend was completed..Offer #1 CAME IN. Then offer #2. Offer 1 was close enough for this couple, Ended up being less than 5K off asking price. The realtor was happy I recd 2 references off contract, they were a dream couple to work with!!
