Outstanding work completed by Elizabeth. She went above and beyond and the house was left amazing! I highly recommend Home Cleaning. It was a last minute cleaning and Elizabeth's team came and were very professional.

I was very disappointed with this company. I gave all the details about the size of my house, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage etc. I was given a quote and I booked the service. The day of the move out cleaning they get there and I am told the cost would be $70 more than what was quoted. They said the house was larger than they thought. I said I have them the exact square footage in my initial request. I needed the house done so I agreed to pay the additional money. I showed up 30 minutes before they said they would be done. The kitchen floor and dinning room floor were not cleaned well at all. There was still dirt and pet food on the floors in the corners. The pantry wasn’t touched and the toilets were not cleaned well at all. This was a move out cleaning d I did not get what I expected. I would not ever use them again.

You can improve by hiring people who know how to clean. This was our worse cleaning experience ever. I paid for deep cleaning and didn't even get sub-standard. This review can only cover a fraction of the problems. First, they showed up surprised at the size of the house when I was very specific on the square feet and number of rooms. Then he wanted to raise the price onsite by $100. I refused and told them they could leave, he chose to stay. Came in with cart of cleaning supplies that were one-half full or less. Asked if we had any Windex. He used all of our new 24 oz. bottle. Used our toilet tissue to try to clean/fix our mirrors he messed up. Came in with what looked like a child's toy vacuum cleaner. Did not vacuum or sweep or mop any floor. Did not clean the study, dining room, or laundry room. Used our trash bags. Before they left, I asked then to come back a clean our primary bath. He spent 10 minutes in it, mostly splashing water in the tub, but not cleaning it. Didn't wipe down bathroom vanities and sinks. His idea for cleaning our shower was to close the shower door. Did not turn on a faucet. I could go on and on, but I think you get the message. The lady did do a good job cleaning the kitchen.
