I’m sorry you had such an unpleasant encounter with our company! You contacted me I asked for a picture of your project, I responded with my price of $200, your replay was, “ Tomorrow will be great Are you able to do $140 cash please It’s all I have” we both agreed with $140, We arrived Monday afternoon and we completed your project per your requested and your satisfaction, I even went above and beyond to walk your home to fill in any more missing mortar and gave you extra mix for you to keep as well! Upon you giving us payment your statement was, “since you only did that spot and it took you 5-10 minutes I got the $140 but can I pay you $120 so that I can have $20 for the week, yes I hesitated but I was like ok I’ll take $120 which was price we both agreed Sunday! I’m sorry you slacked on your research. I completed my job (I matched mortar and filled in area per your request) I did nothing wrong and if you had someone else came AFTER I did and quoted you $60 that’s there price and a different company! We are all different companies and we all run our business and prices different! Once again I'm sorry for the experience you received with our company due to the facts of pricing. We came to a agreement of a price and you agreed.. our company came out and successfully completed the work. I have no control of you getting other pricing from other contractors after the completion of the project. We take pride in satisfying our customers and we tried resolving this issue with you, even though there was no fault on our behalf. Thank you Regards Juanita
