- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free 25 minute in-person consultation. I have a four hour minimum per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a brief phone conversation to find out the needs of the client. Then I request the client to send photos of the space that needs to be organized so I can get an idea of the size of the job and give an estimate on how long the job will take. On the first day I go through the space with the client and help them decide what to keep and what to get rid of. This includes donate, give to a friend, consignment, keep, and trash. Then I suggest different types of solutions for organizing their space and make a list of products to purchase. After each session I take away the donations (not large furniture items) and help with consigning their designer clothing. I also offer ongoing organization services to help the client maintain an organized space.
