I am NASM CPT certified and I have the equipment needed for a workout that will bring you results without having to go to a gym in crowded spaces. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can text and see what your goals are. Then schedule a time that works for you! The first workout is created to show me where you are at and then I plan a workout routine before every session tailored to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM CPT and will be graduating with a Bachelors in Exercise Science B.E.S.S from TX State University as an honors student. I am currently working on getting my certification for nutrition from NASM.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been into sports I was actually going to go to Sam Houston to play football until I tore my ACL. Growing up I did soccer about 10 years and football for about 5 years. Growing up I always had acne and football made me eat so much that I did not take care of myself until I finally took charge started eating clean and worked out tremendously that I have found a passion to help others that struggle to obtain their fitness goals. I love what I do.
