Highly highly recommend!!
I had been having knee issues for about 2 months or so, that were only getting worse during training for my sport, powerlifting. I started to become extremely concerned when I could barley even body weight squat without aching pain. Casey was extremely helpful, taking the time to really look at my form and analyze where the root of the pain was coming from. I was extremely surprised when finding out that the issue could’ve been coming from limitations in my ankle ! Something I would’ve never thought of, but thanks to Casey and his help I was able to squat pain free for the first time a couple of weeks ago and hit a personal record of 281 lbs for 2 reps !
