Two people came to take pictures and video the wedding. Most of the video was of the back of the head of my brides maid, so most of the actual ceremony was not taken. Clearly, he never looked back at the camera once he set it up to see what was being shot. Pictures were lost of family that came a long way and I have not seen in over a decade and clearly I will not have those memories captured. The photographer did not know how to edit out items that were in the pictures, so all the surrounding stuff is in each picture. I had to wait over six months to get all of my pictures due to them not being able to find them, I just took the raw footage of everything, since it was the only thing I was going to have of my wedding day. The owner then turned around and used my wedding pictures as advertisement for his company, even after I requested for him not to, twice in e-mails and once verbally. I find out that he never took our pictures off all the websites, even though he verbally agreed to. This company is very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for their special day, EVER!!!!!!

We have worked to assist this client and DID take all of her wedding pictures offline very quickly after her request. We are unsure where she is finding other photos or video but it isn't on our sites. We gave her all pictures but also spent countless hours editing every picture taken to the best of our ability. We gave her an affordable deal and went over and above what we were paid for to please this client.

Black Lightning Productions has been recording the Atascocita MS Orchestra concerts for 4 years. We have been very pleased with the quality, price and owners. The only thing that can improve is receiving the DVDs after the concerts in a timely manner (1 to 2 weeks). We like to use them as a concert follow-up and any later than that the kids have lost interest.
