FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing about our company that is different than most is that we do not require any money up front, you pay us when the job is completed. All of our crew members are OSHA certified as they have worked with FEMA in Florida with Hurricane Irma. We take safety very seriously. I believe I have the best foreman in the area and he keeps our crew directed to what needs to be done. If you have ever walked on a steep two-story roof you know how dangerous it is, now invision carrying a load of shingles or hanging upside down to work on a small eyebrow. We pay our guys well because of the risk and for the quality of their workmanship. You can pay guys less, but I promise you will get shotty work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the customer at their house and survey all the accessories that our on the roof. At that time I provide the customer with a packet of information about our company, past reviews and information about the shingles we primarily use. We also check the drip edge and the facia to make sure that they are in good condition. When possible, we get on the roof to take measurements and to check the plywood and see if there is any warped boards. I advise the customer that each quote includes (2) pieces of plywood or OSB and that we cannot tell until the shingles are off if there is additional ones needed. If so they are $50 each, that covers removal, reinstallation and the cost of the material. If we cannot get on the roof we order an Eagle View to get the information that we need. After I obtain all the needed information I put together a quote and email it to the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with every type of home from $60,000 50-year homes to $1,000,000+ mansions. We treat every house the same and as if it was our own. My goal is to put a roof on your house that is within your budget and will add value to the home.
