What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer group discounts. 1st student is full price 2nd student is 50% off In order to group classes run smoothly, students should be on the same level.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a complimentary assessment the first 20 minutes. I need to know student's learning style and favorite teaching method at first. That gives me an idea of the lesson plan I will tailor to every student. No materials needed in my class, they are included in the lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Spanish Linguistics, that is more than a certification itself! I have worked as a Spanish teacher in North Texas in private & public school. I have worked as a private tutor since 2000! And, very important, I am a Spanish native speaker! Please check my website for details!
