- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively price within in the industry. However, our weekly maintenance customers do not get billed the service fee on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We realize everyone is on the go now days so we do not require the customer to be at home although it helps in learning about some issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am personally an Engineer, MBA but the field service personnel have been at their trade quite a while, We do participate in vendor training when available
