We have a Honeywell lyric thermostat system in our home and unfortunately due to power surge from a storm the thermostat broke. We tried fixing it ourselves however we were unsuccessful. Benjamin was able to identify the fault in the system as well as install and update the system for us. He was ver professional and knowledgeable!
