Our experience with SoftH20 was great! Candace was very patient and helpful. She explained all the choices we had, pros and cons and made recommendations. She gave us a reasonable quote and got us scheduled as soon as they could. The guys that showed up explained to us what they were going to do, and were punctual, courteous and very professional. They did the job within the time frame and when they realized that the reverse osmosis equipment was a different color and wouldn’t go with the sink faucets, proactively made us aware of it and made sure they put in one which went with the rest of the faucets and did not look like an eye sore. So they came back later with the different one and installed it. That is going above and beyond! Very impressed! An honest business and definitely deserves 5 stars! Keep up the excellent work guys!
