- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive. I like to add that we have a 1 hour minimum and we bill in 15 minutes increments after the 1st hour. We fill that this is fair to the customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer we set a time and date and for the service. We charge an hour for the visit. If the customer go with our service, the charge goes toward the 1st hour. If the customer decides not to use our service, the 1 hour will be charge for the visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and have training yearly for products that we sale and service. Training is provided by the manufactures of the alarm equipment that is installed in homes and businesses.
