Rachel is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her! She is super sweet, caring, and very organized. She had an outline ready for me at our first meeting! We brainstormed together, then she brainstormed on her own and was able to give me so many great ideas to choose from.
Rachel was also great about responding to my questions and needs. I can't remember all the times I randomly sent her a message asking for vendors and she would reply quickly with a choice of vendors for me ith all their info. It was so incredibly helpful in moments when I realized, "I totally forgot about...."
Rachel also spent a lot of time decorating indoors and outdoors with my bridal party and myself. I wanted to do as much as I could on my own, and she was understanding of that but didn't hesitate to step in and "get dirty" so to speak. She helped make things so beautiful and was super efficient. Everyone loved her and was impressed with her work. She was all about making my day super special with no worries.
Rachel was also so caring and patient with my bridal party. I had 6 flower girls ranging from ages 4 to 11. She held special flower girl training and made it fun so the girls relaxed, and still ensured they knew what to do and where to go.
I could go on and on about Rachel and how wonderful she is to work with. She helped make my special day perfect, and didn't break the bank. She's a gem!

I met Rachel at my school during a bridal show. She was very well organized and polite so I decided to call her to help with my wedding. I did most of the planning myself but any time I had a question she was always able to answer it fully and promptly. The day before and the day of my wedding she was a lifesaver and a miracle worker. She helped me pull off the beautiful wedding of my dreams and didn't mind putting in the extra hours to help me put all the finishing touches on everything!

Hiring Rachel Danley Events has been the best decision during our wedding planning. Throughout the planning process, Rachel was very patient, attentive, well organized and resourceful.
Rachel helped alleviate all my stress that was leading up to the wedding by meeting with me several times to go over the details, finalize the timeline, design the reception layout, etc. She provided very helpful tips and made sure that all our vendors and attendants knew where to set up, she helped with making sure all our guests knew where to be and all of this she made it fun and enjoyable for everyone.
On my wedding day, I knew that I had absolutely nothing to stress about, because Rachel was there and took care of every little detail. This allowed me and all our guests to just sit back and enjoy ourselves.
Although we only had 2 hours to set up our entire ceremony and reception location (for over 135 people) Rachel was there to help stage the room and get the wedding party down the aisle without batting an eye. She listened to what I have been envisioning and turned our vision into reality to make our ceremony and reception a pure perfection!
She is a beautiful, kind person inside and outside, very friendly and organized and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and coordinator. I am so grateful that we picked her to help us with our special day. I would highly recommend Rachel Danley Events to everyone!
