Shantell was very helpful and patience with me. My situation was complicated and she made it simple with her expertise and knowledge. Usually I pay the IRS and this year I got a refund to my surprise and actually amended my last year taxes and found I should of got an refund instead pay the IRS. Would recommend 10 out of 10!

Shantell decorated the whole venue for us for a retirement party for my father-in-law. We had beautiful balloon arches, a glitter wall, fabulous balloon centerpieces and personalized balloons as well. They showed up right on time and worked so hard to make everything look perfect! After the party she came back and took everything down and made sure the whole place was super clean and tidy. I also had her do a 13th birthday balloon yard sign with balloons as well. It was personalized to his interests and activities and he was thrilled when he saw it! Such a special surprise for a great price as well! We will definitely be using A Touch of Honey in the future. Highly recommend for jobs well done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the forms that you need. The 1040 is $175, Schedule C is $200. Most other forms are $5-$25.
I am offering a complementary vacation with each completed return. You pay the taxes and the fees on the hotel stay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a new customer will complete their information and upload documents through my Taxpass app. Once I get it, I contact them to discuss the information and go through the "interview" to ensure all credits, deductions, and tax information is applied correctly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Anyone with a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) can prepare a tax return for a client.
However, tax return preparers have differing levels of skills, education and expertise. Some go the extra mile to become more knowledgeable to be able to assist our clients.
I have completed Annual Filing Season Program, and I am listed in the IRS directory, With this additional certification, I can do the following:
