Ray & Fahys, PLLC
Our case could not have been handled better! Ray&Fahys are passioned about what they do, they have done a fantastic job even though our case was definitely not simple (green card application EB-1A). They are extremely dedicated, extremely thoughtful, and are committed to making your case successful (after seeing several immigration attorneys, you can tell the difference in commitment and care for you as a client). We highly recommend them, we are so glad we worked with them.Feb 4, 2017Verified
My experience was great--they were both so thoughtful and professional in giving me advice. I felt like they both really cared and wanted the best for me and my fiancé. She was very knowledgable and gave a lot of helpful feedback. Her staff also were super understanding and accommodating.Dec 11, 2015VerifiedRinku R.'s reply

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We encourage communication with our clients. Nearly all our engaged clients are provided flat fees for our services, so you never have to worry that speaking to your attorney will run up additional fees. Fees for any additional services are agreed to in advance. Our agreed upon legal fees includes access to a full team of client service providers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Rinku Ray has been focused on the practice of immigration and nationality law for nearly two decades. Her expertise includes counseling individuals and companies, from start-ups to established multi-nationals, in connection with best practices in securing temporary and permanent employment authorization as well as other legalization for foreign nationals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We especially enjoy working with clients in academia, the sciences, performing arts, and the non-profit sector to obtain "extraordinary ability", "outstanding researcher","national interest" and "culturally unique" work visas; helping U.S. Citizens and Permanent residents secure U.S. residence for foreign national spouses and other immediate family members.
