FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We encourage communication with our clients. Nearly all our engaged clients are provided flat fees for our services, so you never have to worry that speaking to your attorney will run up additional fees. Fees for any additional services are agreed to in advance. Our agreed upon legal fees includes access to a full team of client service providers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rinku Ray has been focused on the practice of immigration and nationality law for nearly two decades. Her expertise includes counseling individuals and companies, from start-ups to established multi-nationals, in connection with best practices in securing temporary and permanent employment authorization as well as other legalization for foreign nationals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We especially enjoy working with clients in academia, the sciences, performing arts, and the non-profit sector to obtain "extraordinary ability", "outstanding researcher","national interest" and "culturally unique" work visas; helping U.S. Citizens and Permanent residents secure U.S. residence for foreign national spouses and other immediate family members.
