After not picking up a guitar in more than 40 years, I decided that I wanted to play again. After familiarizing myself with my guitar for the past two years, I got to the point that I realized that I needed help. Ron is exactly what I needed. He assessed my current ability and tailored his lesson plans for me. I didn't think that I would be learning to read notes at the age of 63, but I'm on my way. I highly recommend Ron. Oh ..... he can even relate to classic country music (my favorite).

After going through many music-related instructors for quality assurance, I believe that Mr.Corb has done nothing but exceeded my expectations in terms of teaching the many theoretical and musical components the guitar. One great aspect of Mr. Corb is that he has patience. Often times, many private teachers in my previous experience have been quite impatient with my inability to meet their standards, and have resulted in frustration and disinterest in continuing to play. Mr. Corb has been extremely patient with me, despite how many times I have played horribly. I was honestly satisfied with the way he conducted his lessons. I would tune before we would start the lesson, and there was a variation with what we did. He taught me scales, improv with the scales, bar chords, theoretical aspect of the keys, song that I requested, and so forth. Overall, I've had a great experience with Mr. Corb. If not for my busy schedule, I would've loved to further my education on the guitar.
