SID S.

My H1B visa was to expire in 45 days and that is when I started looking for a solution. I wasn't sure if I should go for an H1b extension or O1 Visa. I was apprehensive about whether I could qualify for an O-1. But, after a friend introduced me to Mrs Rinku Ray and the team at Rays and Fahys, PLLC my worries were gone. After a couple of long conversations with everyone in her office I decided to work with Mrs Rinku due to her honest advice and opinions about the case. She was very clear in saying it’s “not an easy home-run-kind of case” but she made me believe that I had what it takes to get an O1 approved. Veronica, her partner, was equally warm and encouraging. Melissa was my client service director and she did a great job, also. I always emailed Mrs Rinku with lot of questions but she was always on top of it and gave me quick response, which helped put my mind at ease. The process was much less stressful than I anticipated. Mrs Rinku & her team put in a lot of effort on this case. I am elated that my O1 Visa got approved for 3 years and it's all thanks to Ray & Fahys, PLLC. I will definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and will undoubtedly work with them again in the future when I need help with visas or other immigration issues

Creating my will and all of the details it entails was made extremely easy by the step by step process Ray & Fahys took me through. They were highly professional while at the same time extremely personable. Many decisions had to be made and they took me through each scenario so that I could completely understand the implications of my decisions. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

It has been a pleasure to have Rinku and Veronica assist me both with immigration and estate planning issues over the last year and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made my important personal decisions a much easier process with their easy and friendly manner.

Rinku and her team are amazing. I was referred to Ray & Fahys Law office after a very bad experience with another firm. They exceeded our expectation. We submitted Visa and Immigration papers and they were handled very promptly. They even walked us through the entire interview process. I would highly recommend that you contact Ray & Fahys if you need legal advice and support.
Ray & Fahys, PLLC's reply
Dennis, thanks for the kind review. Working with you and your lovely wife reinforces why our firm focuses on building relationships and not just documents! We feel so fortunate to work with clients like you.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We encourage communication with our clients. Nearly all our engaged clients are provided flat fees for our services, so you never have to worry that speaking to your attorney will run up additional fees. Fees for any additional services are agreed to in advance. Our agreed upon legal fees includes access to a full team of client service providers.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Rinku Ray has been focused on the practice of immigration and nationality law for nearly two decades. Her expertise includes counseling individuals and companies, from start-ups to established multi-nationals, in connection with best practices in securing temporary and permanent employment authorization as well as other legalization for foreign nationals.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We especially enjoy working with clients in academia, the sciences, performing arts, and the non-profit sector to obtain "extraordinary ability", "outstanding researcher","national interest" and "culturally unique" work visas; helping U.S. Citizens and Permanent residents secure U.S. residence for foreign national spouses and other immediate family members.
