I included a photo of my smart lock when I requested the installation so I was more confident when he responded. He was on time and installed the lock quickly. He re-keyed it to match my existing keys and tested everything to make sure it worked properly. He was very calm, pleasant and polite, answering my numerous questions thoughtfully. He even went above and beyond and offered a door knob to better match the new one, as my existing one didn’t even come close. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.
