FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Texas Notary Guide, pricing is transparent and fair. Fees vary depending on the type of service, distance traveled, and complexity of the signing. For general notary work, I charge per signature as allowed by Texas law, with a small travel fee based on location. I also offer discounts for veterans, seniors, and repeat clients, as well as special promotions throughout the year. Wedding officiant and loan signing packages are priced separately and include optional add-ons like premarital counseling or keepsake photos. You’ll always receive clear pricing upfront—no hidden fees, no surprises. Feel free to reach out for a custom quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Texas Notary Guide, I make the process simple, efficient, and stress-free for every new client. Once you reach out, I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand the type of service you need—whether it’s a general notary, loan signing, wedding officiant, or trusted delivery service. I’ll confirm availability, give you a quote, and explain the next steps clearly. For notary services, we’ll confirm the time, location, and documents needed. For wedding officiant services, I send an Introductory Fun Questionnaire and a digital booklet to help you feel confident and supported from start to “I do.” Once everything is confirmed, I show up prepared and on time—with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I also follow up after the appointment to ensure you're satisfied and to invite feedback or reviews. I aim to create a positive, personalized experience every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified, bonded, and insured Texas Notary Public with specialized training as a Loan Signing Agent and Wedding Officiant. I’ve completed multiple professional development courses related to notary services, contracts, and client communication. In addition, I’ve earned certifications in digital marketing and SEO, which I use to ensure my business is visible, trustworthy, and accessible online. I also hold an Associate’s Degree in Communication and an Associate’s Degree in Psychology, which help me connect with clients, explain processes clearly, and provide a calm, supportive presence during every appointment. For officiant services, I’ve received training from Christian Leaders Institute, and I’m a certified SYMBIS premarital counselor, offering couples guidance and support before their big day. My combined education and hands-on experience allow me to serve clients with professionalism, empathy, and excellence.
