FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, fair, and based on the scope and complexity of the work. We do not believe in vague quotes or surprise billing. Most services are offered either as a flat fee or a clearly defined monthly package, so clients know what to expect upfront. For ongoing clients, we can often bundle tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services into a more cost-effective package. Cleanup work, rush projects, and unusually complex cases may involve additional fees, but those are always discussed in advance before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s situation, goals, and pain points. From there, we identify what services are needed, explain the process clearly, and provide a quote or service package. Once engaged, we onboard the client through our secure portal, collect documents electronically, and set up the workflow for communication, deadlines, and deliverables. Our goal is to make the process smooth, organized, and efficient from day one. We are a cloud-based firm, so clients can work with us conveniently online, while still having the option of in-person meetings when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master’s degree in accounting with a specialization in tax, along with advanced doctoral-level academic work. My background also includes Big 4 experience, deep tax training, and hands-on work serving individuals, small businesses, and entity clients. In addition to formal education, I stay current with ongoing tax law changes, IRS procedures, accounting technology, and best practices so clients receive advice that is both technically sound and practical.
