- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I rarely offer discounts and over 25 mi. travel distance I charge a transit compensation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key as my father (an accomplished salesman) has always taught me. When working with a new customer my goal is to sort out the logistics as clearly and promptly as possible. This way I can move on to help my future subject develop a more robust understanding of their creative goals. I.e. Anticipate me asking you plenty of questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me not having formal training from a university is ultimately a massive benefit for the end consumer. Having self learned photography via trail and error has enabled me to fundamentally understand the do's and don'ts at a very practical level.
