- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Board and train, I keep and train your dog for two weeks, is $600. This program also includes me coming out to meet you and your dog to correct any deficiencies for a year after the training at no additional cost. Lessons cost $50 for a one hour lesson within the Texarkana area. Grooming for clients within Texarkana is $25 a dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet face to face with new clients and their dog as soon as possible so I can learn what they want to accomplish. I am willing to discuss training over the phone or by email as well. After learning the goals of my client I lay out a training regiment so the client knows exactly what their companion will be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified as a handler and trainer for working dogs through the department of defense. I have also trained with FBI and ATF canine trainers.
