- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials required, and time involved. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Service calls and labor are clearly explained, and any additional work is discussed before proceeding. Discounts may be available depending on the project size or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s needs and reviewing the scope of work. When needed, we perform an on-site evaluation to ensure accuracy. Once the scope is confirmed, we provide a clear and fair estimate. After approval, we schedule the work, complete the installation safely and efficiently, and make sure everything is tested, code-compliant, and clean before completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed formal trade school training focused on electrical theory, NEC code compliance, and electrical calculations. In addition, I have gained years of hands-on field experience through residential and commercial projects. Ongoing learning and staying up to date with current electrical codes and safety standards is a priority in our work.
