- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees reflect my service, my equipment, and your end products. I know my worth, and my clients know my value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation about what my client needs and expects of their final product. After determining that, I price my service accordingly and we go from there. The most important step is that consultation, because it helps the client and me get on the same page so that a trust and bond can be formed. Once that is cultivated, the rest falls in to place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years in photography, trained by published photographers and some industry leading companies. 10 years in design with a BFA in graphic design. I'm only 1 step away from Kevin Bacon via a professor of mine that works with his band.
