FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on forms and each scenario. Overall my prices are very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This can vary client to client. Generally, at ModiCPA, we like to set up an initial consultation with the client either through phone and/or in person to get a better idea of the client's needs. Next, we discuss the fees associated with a certain project, explain to the clients on reasoning of our fees and set aside a budget for a certain fee given. We explain the importance of both parties getting value and treating each other fairly from this engagement. Finally, once the scope and fees are discussed, I send the client an engagement letter understanding the agreement between both parties. After the signed engagement letter, I will send a client pro forma document and/or list of items needed to complete their project.
