I booked an appointment and Jerry followed up the very next morning to confirm. Very communicative throughout the process - even when there was a delay on making my appointment. Mike was the plumber that came out and he was professional, personable and efficient. From start to finish it took about 30 mins to complete the job. I'd recommend Rocket Rooter to anybody and I definitely plan on using them again when it's needed.

The entire dish washer install from start to finish was professional, competently done. Our installer was very polite and transparent and did the work in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend as a will use then again when we need plumbing assistance.

My pricing is based off of competitive market pricing. We offer discounts for senior citizens, military, first responders and teachers. We price shop other companies to give you a fair price. With having the experience of working for a corporate plumbing company I am aimed to give you the RIGHT price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clearly communicated diagnosis. Options to repair the problem that make sense for YOU. ***ALL drain unclogging are checked, at no additional charge, with a sewer camera to insure that the line is clear and that there are no serious underlying issues with the sewer piping system.***
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done plumbing for over 20 years. My father owned and operated a plumbing company for over 20 years. I have over 6 years of experience working with a reputable nation wide plumbing company. Ive developed a lot of professional working relationships in multiple industries. I hold a journeyman’s plumbing license.
