not only is he punctual and efficient, but he is also very patient in answering all of our questions. He not only repaired the tiles but also resolved the leakage problem. What makes us happiest is that he even designed a pattern using both new and old tiles, making it impossible to tell that any repairs were done. He also did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. We give him a perfect score!

Caesar responded to our request for tile backsplash installation very quickly and was able to come assess our job within a day or two and finished our project the next week. We were very impressed with his professional, friendly demeanor. He quickly responded to a slight pattern mishap and corrected it to our satisfaction.
