Fantastic experience with COT Floors. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and did what needed to be done to get the job done. Everything on budget. Their attention to detail is great too, they saw things we didn’t see while installing the floor. They also try their best not to make a mess, unlike other contractors. I’ll definitely hire them again for my next project!

Mike is a lifesaver! We bought a house and the carpets absolutely HAD to go. It was the only necessity before we moved into the house. I reached out to Mike early in the work week on very short notice. I wanted the carpets done by that Saturday, but I knew it was a long shot. His carpet guys originally weren't available until the next Monday, but Mike worked his magic and moved things around, and he made it happen for us. He had his guys there early Saturday morning, and they were done by 3 pm. They replaced 3 rooms with over 500 squarefoot of carpet total within 5 days of me contacting him. They didn't cut any corners either. My floors look great! I would've taken pictures, but we've just moved in, and the rooms are full of boxes. They even added an extra layer of padding AND left us with a good amount of spare padding/carpet. I don't think I could have found any other company that took care of us like Mike did. He genuinely cares about his clients. I will forever recommend/refer my friends and family to this business 😊

I am committed to do my best to ensure an affordable and fair price for any and every project (small or large). I strive for customers to be happy and satisfied and hope they have a pleasant feeling and buying experience when they do business with me. That said I am honest and professional and do every job and walk away with an easy feeling that I will definitely receive more referrals and business!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and view the site, work they need done. Discuss everything in detail and answer any and all questions they have. Cover all bases including the customers wants and needs to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their decision to achieve complete satisfaction from beginning to end. To develop a true overall pleasant experience that will lead to repeat and referral business!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Floor Installers (CFI) on-going training courses and seminars. Over 30 years experience and hundreds and hundreds of residential and commercial installations. Full knowledge of all current products and installation guidelines and well-rounded at installation of all flooring!
