- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to provide top quality work at a reasonable price. We do not operate as a "chuck in a truck" company with no insurance and no certifications. We are fully insured and GAF certified (less than 3% of contractors are). We take pride in our work and treat every job as if it was our own home. Nothing less will do. We offer military discounts and first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a conversation on the phone with new customers to see if we will be able to help you with your needs. From there, we will send one of our project managers to your location to physically examine the scope of work and present the client with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. We offer this service at NO COST to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction industry for over 20 years, from building custom homes to remodeling and everything in between. We have broken the companies down into their specialties now. We still offer complete solutions for our clients including sheetrock repair and flooring and anything else damaged from a roof leak. We are a one stop shop for all of your needs.
