I had them out to do a bid on a couple of outside projects, the one bid I could compare was a bit higher ( by over $100) on it. Also the other two projects didn’t really even get a bid , technician simply said just to troubleshoot it would cost some money? Not sure how that constitutes a bid. Anyway, technicians was prompt and courteous , but I didn’t use for obvious reasons.
