Hello, I am Piallana Gordon. I am a mobile notary, and I look forward to servicing your notarial needs. All signers will need valid identification. If your documents require witnesses, they, too, will need valid identification. I can provide witnesses for a $10 fee each. I do not charge extra for Last Will and Testaments or Power of Attorneys. Also, because I am not an attorney, I am not able to give legal advice, including certificates to be used if required or where to sign and what to put in the space Consult legal advice before signing if you are unsure. We also assist in property inspections, taking pictures inside and out, as well as the grounds. I am only commisioned to be a notary in the State of Texas. I charge a flat fee of $75 for the first notarized document and $10 for each document that need to be notarized after. I ONLY SERVICE IN THE TYLER CITY LIMITS, I'll come to hospital, nursing homes, school, jail, and anywhere you need me.
