- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 flat-rate fee, additional systems $15. This includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, parts and issue research, and repairs. Parts are extra but I make every possible attempt to find the best price and will not buy parts without customer approval. I also clean systems (laptop cooling fan and processor heatsink, desktop heatsink and cooling fans), and run any of the latest updates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out as many details as possible about the issue. Sometimes the answer can be gleaned from a few simple questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security+ certifications. Enrolled in CompTIA Continuing Education program to keep certifications up to date.
