I had a problem with my charging port, I brought it to Douglas Mace and he fixed it in only one week! He showed me exactly what he did and communicated with me through the whole process. I will definitely bring my computer to him if I ever need a repair. Great service, for a great price!

Mr Mace definitely knows his stuff, he fixed my computer and help make the right decisions on what parts, pricing I needed to upgrade and repair my damaged system. He also was able to recover my CPU and my 2 GTX 770's which at first I thought was were ready to be trashed, he saved me from spending over $3000. (fyi iam a gamer) After he finished it all cost me under $100. Which is awesome! !! He deserves 10 stars....no kidding You need to give this guy some business, he now my new computer guy. I am spending g the word on this guysaid awesomeness.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 flat-rate fee, additional systems $15. This includes diagnostics, troubleshooting, parts and issue research, and repairs. Parts are extra but I make every possible attempt to find the best price and will not buy parts without customer approval. I also clean systems (laptop cooling fan and processor heatsink, desktop heatsink and cooling fans), and run any of the latest updates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out as many details as possible about the issue. Sometimes the answer can be gleaned from a few simple questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security+ certifications. Enrolled in CompTIA Continuing Education program to keep certifications up to date.
