- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do try to remain consistently competitive with our everyday pricing, but our manufacturers do sometimes offer extra savings incentives with big, helpful rebates!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the needs for the customer's project and help them with a variety of info and education on the various qualities and limitations of our wide array of products. We do more than meet the needs as they are perceived. We offer solutions to challenges they may not even know they have. We ask questions. "Are these floors going in a room with water use?", "Are you wanting a lot of variation of color and texture in your countertops?", "Are you wanting window treatments that will still introduce light when down, or are you after a more room darkening quality? What about view through?"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Hunter Douglas Certified Professional installers and we are also a Hunter Douglas certified dealer. This means we've gone through extensive training to become familiar with intricate aspects of our products. We have the support of Hunter Douglas to the public we serve as a company who can serve with this distinctive honor awarded only to companies who commit to ongoing education.
