Our pilot light was out due to a wire basically being worn down. Long story short, we called TaylorMade & they were able to set an appt that Saturday evening with Service Tech, Juan R.Service Tech, Juan R. did a fantastic job of explaining in detail what the issue was and what he was going to do to solve the problem. By using his iPad, he was able take pictures of our heater and explain to us what he was going to do to fix it. Long story short, after Juan ran a few tests there was an issue with a bad wire. Juan replaced the wire, thoroughly explained what he did to fix the issue, and our heat running again in no time!Great job guys!!! Would we use TaylorMade again? Absolutely! Would we recommend HVAC tech, Juan R. again?Absolutely!

Quick and easy. Austin serviced the system and upgraded it by adding surge protection to the ac and heater. Very happy with the company.

Austin was very efficient and thorough. He came out diagnosed my issues and told me exactly what was going on with my system. He was very thorough in that he took lots of pictures and explained things in detail to me. It was a pleasure to work with him.
