Introduction: Hello my name is Mark McCulley and I am the owner of EnergyAmbassadors, we supply and install renewable energy products. I am asking for your support with the accessibility issues for homeowners to obtain quality products at an affordable price. We believe that the current photovoltaic solar technology isn't to a point that is overly economical yet. Wind generated power on the other hand is extremely effective if there is a consistent source of wind. Coastal regions are consistent in general and the Coastal regions of Texas are perfect for fast return of investment (from 3-9 years). We believe that supplying the product to the end-user (homeowner) is only part of the process. We will stand behind the product for the effective life of the system. After the installation we will monitor performance output to verify system is performing as designed by surveying electrical output and operation for the turbines or panels monthly for the first year. The following years we will survey and inspect at semi-annual periods for entire return of investment period. Customer service is our main goal, and we proudly offer what we consider to be hands down the most pro-active warranty available. The systems are designed to client specifics based on desired results. If the system does not produce as designed, we will add solar panels to the system until the desired output is reached with no additional cost to the client! We want to help the community get the best results out of these wind turbines and help show that the technology is available now to be a smart investment.
