What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for new home construction is per square foot and it varies by by the quality of materials used. My price for remodeling and other individual projects are calculated using a quarterly updated estimating software that I've ised for years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have to keep up with the current codes and regulations. I also stay up to date on new products and applications.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had relatives that were in this line of work. I worked with them and when we were finnished with a project i would see how happy the customers were and that made me feel proud. Making people happy. What's better than that?
