About
I do this work because I kept seeing the same thing in organization after organization: capable people working inside leadership systems that made it harder than it needed to be to communicate clearly, make decisions, develop people, and get consistent results. That’s what my work focuses on: helping organizational leaders identify the leadership gaps affecting their teams, understand why they're happening, and build a practical way forward using my proprietary Project S.C.A.L.E.® framework.
I’m an ICF-credentialed coach specializing in executive and leadership coaching, with a master’s degree in Management and Leadership. I’m also an instructor for an ICF-accredited institute, where I’ve trained and certified more than 2,500 coaches. My background in coaching, consulting, and training helps me distinguish between problems that are truly operational and those with underlying leadership gaps, so we can work on the right problem.

I started working with Sam when I needed help to figure out how I can make more progress in my profession. within few minutes of our first session, Sam guided me to take the steps needed to help me get unstock and on my way to achieving my professional goals. Now I'm already on my way to implementing the needed steps that will lead me to get to my goals. I really thank Sam for his professionalism and amazing skills, and because of the help I got from him, I'm not feeling stock anymore and now I have full confidence that I can achieve my goals, and get to that professional level that I thought I couldn't reach. I 100% recommend him if you need help getting ahead but do not know how to go about it! He is a great coach and he will guide you thru it step by step!!!!

Working together with Sam's Integrative Clarity Coaching (ICC) has been a journey. One that began with the intention of bringing about positive change. Especially during a challenging period of my life. Sam attunes himself to the needs and wants of his clients. The standout traits of his approach are empathy, compassion, and patience, with a style of realistic optimism. These attributes are key. Which has allowed myself to fail forward gracefully throughout our work. Though at the end of the day, coaching - like many other things - is what you make of it. The more you put in is how much you will likely get out. That being said, Sam truly does go above and beyond for his clients, while ensuring to go at a pace that suits that person. Sam and I have made a lot of progress, with much more yet to come. It hasn't always been a smooth or pleasant ride so to speak. There have been confusing, frustrating, and even painful moments. He's been there every step of the way. Whether it be in-person, Zoom call, email, communication via the ICC website, and so on. The resources provided, guidance, and skill with Sam's coaching, has been instrumental in tapping into latent potential. It's worth noting Sam and I have known each other personally for some time. You would be forgiven in thinking this might somehow impact coaching or vice versa. I'm happy to say this couldn't be further from the truth. Our friendship has remained as strong as ever, while simultaneously maintaining a high degree of professionalism. One thing that I can't help but mention is this. Every so often Sam will notice I hold my breath-- a tendency of mine that accompanies overthinking and times of emotional strife. He will make sure to remind me to breathe. That thing, small as it might seem, exemplifies his intuition and attention to detail. Something you'll find in abundance with Sam and Integrative Clarity Coaching.

Samuel's coaching style is very encouraging. I feel like he listens well and is there for me no matter what challenge I want to discuss. I have made progress on goals that I have been wanting to accomplish for years. The resources he provides or the books he recommends is very helpful. I recommend investing in yourself by signing up for Integrative Clarity Coaching. We only have a limited time on earth, so why wait to work towards the goals you really want to accomplish.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the scope of the work rather than simply the number of hours we spend together. Some clients need a focused assessment and targeted coaching, while others need a longer leadership development engagement. Before we begin, you’ll know exactly what’s included, what it costs, and what we’re working toward. My goal is to recommend the level of support the problem actually requires, not the largest package I can sell you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by understanding what’s happening before deciding what kind of support makes sense. We’ll talk through the challenge, what you’ve already tried, what you’re seeing in the organization, and what you want to be different. From there, I may recommend a leadership assessment, coaching, or a combination of both. If we move forward, we’ll establish what we’re working on, how we’ll measure progress, and what our engagement will look like. My typical clients work with me for 6–12 months, but the length and scope of the engagement depend on what we’re trying to address.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and am an ICF-credentialed coach with the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation. I’m also a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Behavioral Consultant, with additional training in strategic planning, business strategy, financial analysis, and organizational leadership.
Beyond formal education, I serve as an instructor for an ICF-accredited coaching institute, where I’ve trained and certified more than 2,500 coaches. That combination of leadership education, coaching methodology, facilitation, and business training informs how I assess leadership challenges and help clients turn what we uncover into practical action.
