About
Are you a remote worker that needs an I-9 Verification form filled out quickly? Are you doing your own will, but need it finalized with a notary? Do you have an elderly Mom or Dad or other family member that has requested you be their power of attorney? Do you have a legal action you are involved in? Is a dear family member or loved one in jail and he/she need to get their car out of the tow yard but of course would have to have someone else do that since they're incarcerated? Maybe your person in jail needs to sign a permission letter or temporary custody agreement? If you answered yes to any of the above and don't want to stand in a long line at the bank or ups store where everyone will be able to know your business and hear your personal information like address, driver's license, etc. You Need Us!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Time and distance are top factors. After that, the type of document affects the cost. If you live near the Extraco fairgrounds in Waco, your cost will be the lowest. If you live in Troy, Valley Mills, lacey-Lake View, (and similar) your cost will be considerably higher. The trip fee and travel time is non-refundable. The notary signing fee ($6) is refundable. The notary fee is separate from the other fees like the trip charge.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I ask a lot of questions before sealing the deal. I like to make sure everyone is clear on what needs to happen. For example: I want to make sure you have a physical ID in your possession that has not expired. Nope: It can't be a photo of your Driver's License on your phone. It must be on your person.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Double check your ID! It must be current and not expired.
